Following a temporary move online last year, we are excited to open our doors again for an in-person conference at the University of Warwick on Tuesday, 5 July 2022!
Brought to you by jobs.ac.uk, this year’s conference is tailored exclusively to staff recruitment in universities. HE Recruitment 2022 provides a unique platform for human resources professionals to share best practice, learn about innovation in people strategy and gain insights from experts in higher education.
We aim to address sector challenges, share new ideas and provide inspiration for your institution’s recruitment strategy. Delegates will have an opportunity to attend guest speaker presentations, participate in panel discussions and network with peers, while our dedicated team will be on hand to provide assistance, ensuring you can make the most of your day.
Our session leaders will cover a variety of topics throughout the day to help universities find and retain talented people in a candidate-driven market. Read on for a preview of what you can expect to hear about at this year’s conference:
Richard Billingham, UHR Midlands Chair and Executive Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, will be joining us from Aston University. As a keynote speaker and voice of authority in the sector, Richard will set the scene for this year’s conference. Attend their presentation to learn about sector challenges, trends and developments in university HR and staff recruitment.
Enhance Media, a leading recruitment marketing agency, will showcase the latest digital marketing tactics to take your candidate attraction plan to the next level. Giles Guest, Director, will share recommendations gained from their experience of working with a range of clients in the commercial sector and beyond.
jobs.ac.uk’s Matt Comley will present the latest talent insights, including findings from our international jobseeker survey for higher education. Use our insights to amplify your recruitment activity and learn how to reach your target audience with our new candidate attraction campaigns.
Do you have a burning question or challenge? Attend our HR Managers’ Open Forum to ask a selection of experts about recruitment, retention, workforce planning, EVP, wellbeing, hybrid working, professional development and more. In addition to this, we will be running networking sessions throughout the day and will soon be announcing the details for our university case study workshops. These tailored sessions will enable you to gain insights from your peers’ HR and recruitment projects in higher education.
