Dr. Ennsra, PhD, MBA, Bsc. I am a social scientist currently working at Paris Dauphine University (London, UK). I have both a BSc and an MBA in management. My Ph.D. research is concerning communication breakdown within construction industry in the UK, which employed an inductive approach to investigate the key issues pertaining to communication within this context. I have a diverse background as I have worked for the first 8 years in corporate businesses within marketing, business development and project management roles. During the last 7 years I have been teaching a variety of topics, including project management, management and research. I am also a qualitative researcher and involved in research projects methodology aspects and research analysis, in particularly grounded theory and computer-aided analysis.
